200 block,knife edged crank,lightened balanced bottom end,high pressure oil pump,7.56:1 cr,nick waples head (ex f1 guy) with matching inlet and (4x4) exhaust manifolds,SCS cams (roughly bd16 and14) long studded block,wrc metal gasket,t34 .63 housing with port flowing for better characteristics,4x403(grey) injectors,34 psi boost,genuine rs500 intercooler 418bhp/409lb/ft,grp a coil,grp a fuel pump,l8 ecu with pectel baby board,avo coilovers,tarox discs and pagid pads,escort cossie rims. thats all i remember!

did a 1/4 mile on 26 psi and didnt rev it too hard went 13.3@108 (against jim galbally who said it was RAPID!) then when steve3drals told me i was a poof, not trying very hard i turned up the boost to 34 and blew the diff on the line!doh! never got it to the pod again!

also got some vid clip somewhere, escort cossie intercooler just b4 i got the rs500 item, again on 26psi,revving to about 6(out of 7500) and timed 30-120mph at 13 seconds,QUICK just aint the word for my old motor!hope this qualifies me?
